CONGRATULATIONS GUYS!

So, a few of our students and instructors team thought they had the great idea to enter a Spartan Race

My first thoughts… Good luck with that guys 😮

Everyone committed months of training and dedication in the lead-up to the day. Some hadn’t been running for decades. But with regular training, teamwork, and Focus they kept at it. 

The community here at our Chi Wai Academy meant that everyone was committed and inspired by each other to succeed.

During the race, they all went around the course together. Supporting each other when members of the team were struggling.

Round the course, over the obstacles, up the hills, round the bends, Down the other side.  Praying for the end to be in sight and eventually, it was!

Finally passing the finish line altogether.

They were all able to celebrate completing what was for most of them, their first-ever Spartan Race. 

I couldn’t be more proud of them if they were all getting their BLACK BELTS.  Encompassing the values and beliefs we all share in our Chi Wai community
