Ladies Circuit Training
NEW LADIES CIRCUIT TRAINING EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 9:30 – 10:30
We have only had a couple of sessions so far, but the ladies who are training absolutely love the training and tell me they are looking forward to the training each week.
Training consists of Punch Bags, Body Weight exercises, Light Weights, and all different styles of training to ensure our ladies will continue to receive well-rounded, varied, and progressive sessions
These sessions are run in a relaxed and fun environment.
They are designed for any fitness level from advanced to complete beginner. With the option to train just the once per week or increase your training by coming along to some of our other training programmes in the evenings.
Although training is recomended two or more times per week. Here at Chi Wai, we feel that something is better than nothing. So training here once a week would definitely benefit any individual who would like to come along. You will quickly make new like-minded friends who will support you throughout the training.
We are looking forward to watching our daytime classes grow and expand to additional days over the coming months.
