Fantastic day had by all. Amazing results by all the students. Massive amount of press ups, kicks higher than ever before and boards broken to a high level. Also this year we included our tiny tiger students, they did amazing and seemed to enjoy the whole day. Especially the tag sparing where they showed no fear.

                                        

Michael (Below) was champion of champions winning the overall trophy, with the most points throughout the whole competition.
