I have also attended seminars on Systema (the Russian Martial Art), Ju-Jitsu and Karate.[/vc_cta][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_cta h2=”Notes:”]Martial Arts has helped me to achieve goals in my life by helping to build up my confidence. This improvement in my confidence has helped me to achieve academically, proven by being awarded a HND and BA Hons Degree. It has also helped to strive to better myself in my working environment where I have attained professional qualifications and promotions. All this from a non-academic! Once you respect yourself, your confidence grows and you become willing to try (and succeed) at new goals.
I’m just a normal person and this means that at times I doubt myself and my abilities, but through my ongoing martial arts training along with the love and respect of my family, I recharge my self confidence, self belief and self respect. Getting to grips with that new technique or as an instructor, being the one to help a student ‘master’ that kick they were struggling with is such boost to your confidence![/vc_cta][vc_cta h2=””]‘That some achieve great success, is proof to all that others can achieve it as well.’
