So how much exercise really is enough? & how much is too much? We all know a couch potato & a fitness freak but what many of us don’t know is that exercising too much actually delivers LESS results. Well the good news is the nerds in white coats have found the answer…
The latest buzzwords in fitness are “short bursts of high intensity training” – which is an ethic many of our classes are based on. It’s proven to deliver faster results and more importantly why should we wear ourselves out when we don’t need to. We just need to do a little & often!

Our Bags and Abs sessions not only offer a great workout but it’s fun too. Developing your core and abdominal muscles is vital for long term fitness and posture. This all round fitness session is a must to everyone who wants to improve their general fitness.
Our Kickboxing fitness sessions allow everyone to enjoy a great cardio workout & practice some self defence moves. The class is open to members and non-members you do not have to be a fitness fanatic or a kick boxing champion to join in..
