The Dad's Won't Be Beat!
Every Year we like to celebrate our student’s mums and dads
So each year in March we have a week that we call “Mother’s Appreciation” celebrating Mother’s Day in the UK
This year our mums did their children proud with most mums on the mats training with their children.
So the Challenge was set for dads to step up for Father’s Day this June.
AND STEP UP THEY DID!
Never in the history of Father’s Appreciation here at Chi Wai have we had so many dads in training with their children.
Having a great time experiencing how their children train and how hard they work during their lessons.
From being taken down by their children to striking, blocking, and learning all the technique’s names. They stepped up!
Everyone walking out of the lessons were buzzing, Students and parent (Dads) had a great time.
In fact, they had such a good time that a number of the dads came to me afterward to chat about joining the academy and becoming students themselves. How fantastic is that?
So I would like to thank and congratulate ALL of the dads, Uncles, and Granddads that gave up a little of their time to join in and make our student’s days.
