Who can learn Chi Wai Kung Fu?

Chi Wai is open to all. We take children from as young as four years old in our ‘Tiny Tigers’ classes and all classes are suitable for people of any level of fitness.

How can Chi Wai Kung Fu benefit my child?

Chi Wai Kung Fu not only teaches a martial art centred around self-defence, but also valuable life-skills such as respect, honesty, discipline and self-confidence. It is also an excellent and fun way for children to keep fit. Learn more…

Do I have to be fit to participate?

Chi Wai Kung Fu is open to people of all fitness levels. Making a commitment to learning Chi Wai Kung Fu will gradually improve your fitness levels and we also offer additional fitness classes including Kickercise, Bags and Abs and Circuit Training.

Who teaches the classes?

Chi Wai Kung Fu is led by Master Sifu Lee Kent and his qualified instructors. All instructors have extensive experience in practising and teaching Kung-Fu and all are Criminal Records Bureau Certified.

Where are classes held?

Classes are held at the Chi Wai Kung Fu Academy in Cheltenham. We have our own purpose-built Dojo which is exclusively used by the Academy. View our location.

Can I try a class before I decide to commit?

Yes. If you are interested in giving our classes a go to see if they are right for you, give us a call and we can arrange for you to join one or two of our sessions totally free.
